Depends on the critter but most often kill.
Spiders sometimes get a pass and get released. Sometimes. Unless they look bitey.

Crystal Blue wrote:Well friends how do you put those little quotes below your posts?

If you go up to the right hand side of the page where your username is, you can edit your profile and put in a sig.

Or if you mean quoting people that's the little quote button on their post.

Re: Unsolicited relationship advice

Actually almost 1/3 of posts about lack of sex from males are about after pregnancy. The womans focus shifts to the baby but even months after the baby arrives the male is tormented by the decrease in sex.. You do realize that for a lot of women it hurts like nobody's business for a LONG time down ...

What career should you have?

So I've been talking for years about quitting and I'm going to do it after this class I'm teaching. No idea what's next but I think it will be ok. Science twitter asked a while ago, "if you weren't a scientist what would you do", and I said carpentry. I've enjoyed building stuff. IDK thoug...

Re: I want to be Mechanical Engineer but.....

I think there's all kinds of things. You might look into "systems engineering". It's a more broad picture/multidisciplinary look at all things involved in a system.

Re: Workplace seating arrangements - WWYD?

Can you ask her?

In my experience good mentors are key, I'd probably go with spot 1, based on the work dynamics/mentoring aspect. I agree there might be a little issue with the "girls spot" that melsbells bring up but if the guys can't mentor then that's a problem.

Worked for us: suckers for the way up and down, to help relieve the pressure (nursing/a bottle when younger) was huge for us. We also relatively early on moved to getting kiddo her own seat, just so that we weren't holding the whole time. When little enough for the carseat to fit, we'd strap her in ...

*hugs* I hope you can get the support you need from people around you. It takes time for anyone to adjust to such a huge surprise! And while you don't have (that jerk) of a person, you do have a daughter who loves you. Not that you can lean on another kiddo as much as a responsible adult (but not su...

Aw Lilly that's like the best list ever. I'll add, in addition to finding other genders than you and listening to them, do a LOT of listening and don't put the burden of explaining things on them. Do your own actual research into dynamics, there's tons of stuff already out there to read. Super frust...
