Re: What was your first pet?

First pet would technically be a golfish won from a carnival. It died quicklyl, so I dont really count it. My first real pet was a cat that the neighbors left behind when they moved. We fed her and took her in. To this day she was the smartest cat I've ever known. Half house and half street. She cou...

Re: do you have mice?

Not recently but have had them in apartments Ive lived at. Annoying little things. Funny story. I caught 4 mice with traps at my apartment but knew there was at least one left. This last mouse was a genious and probably the mother. A glue trap almost got her but she actually managed to pull herself ...

Muscle cramps

Does anyone know any other ways to get rid of muscle cramps. Ive read magnesium and potassium can help. Topical cannibus and muscle relaxers for the pain. Does anyone know anything else that can help ease/prevent bad prolonged muscle cramps, especially in the legs?

Re: Just Can't Let It Go

Some people actually do honestly make the mistake of leaving the child in the car. In extreme heat, like 90+, its hard to have sympathy for anyone who got caught and is prosecuted. Its sad that children die in this way so often.

Re: Promoting Gender Equality

True. 8+ years of previous life stripping time, loss of financial prospects and ambitions due to a false claim should be swept under the rug entirely. Not to mention being treated as an animal in a zoo, surrounded by hazards, funk, humiliation, and crookedness Its hard to prove someone is lying. If t...

Re: What career should you have?

Im a supervisor/manager at a warehouse but I would have loved to have been a pro gamer. I used to be really good at fighting games. I still am pretty good although I dont spend time playing anywhere near as much. I sometimes fantasize if I had been born a tad later and the internet was as widespread...

3. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. In other words, just because someone makes a rape accusation and then the accused is found not guilty or the case dismissed, this does not mean that the accuser reported falsely. This a touchy and neverending issue. I've personally known about 2 ca...

DBZ excitement. Game and Movie talks

One of my childhood favorite animes has been getting a lot of attention the last few years. It was revived with two movies and a new series called dragonball super which is considered by most to be more entertaining than the old Dragon Ball Z series and has much less or should I say better filler. O...

Re: what's the last movie you saw?

Went to see Alien Covenant last weekend. As a long time watcher (fan is a bit of stretch) of Alien movies and sci fi in general I had to see this movie but tried not to have high expectations so I could enjoy it. However I ruined this movie by watching the pre-qual Prometheus 1st. Overal itss simila...

Re: Dating Older Men as a Feminist

Older men if you meet the right one can be open minded. However just as many seek to take advantage and are almost preying on young women who are inexperienced. Your ideal relationship with an older man is not impossible. Just take precautions to make sure you are to him what he is to you. Remember ...

Re: Promoting Gender Equality

1. Its much harder to promote gender equality tthan one would think. In the basis women and men by nature are built fundamentally different and it extends to many aspe ts of life so unifying the two into one is like trying to fit two pegs in one space. 2. I would like to see more gender equality to ...
