Your username, nicknames, how to pronounce it: THEAL (as written) - my full first name is THEADORA! (yeh OK!)
Occupation/Potential Occupation: Secretary / Personal Secretary
Educational Status: Some college
Notable Hobbies: Driving everything from a Mini or Seicento (which I share) to 40 ton juggernauts (which I am an expert at - OK I tend to exaggerate!)
Favorite Website/Blog: hmmm can I say "this one"? No? What about anything remotely feminist (cos I'm a remote feminist)
Favorite color: red
Favorite animal: squirrel
Favorite food: er... fish and chips... but I rarely eat them... how about tuna, salmon, kippers (yeh I know I'm a bit fishy)
If you are wearing pants, please describe them: yer boring tight blue jeans.
What brought you to spacefem/how'd you find us? friend already a member suggested it
Did you find the FAQ link? Yeh
I'm 23, lived in Spain til I was 8, then in England.
And I have a twin sister! (not quite identical).

Welcome to the board!

I enjoyed kippers the last time I had them. :)

Hey Rowan! Well I've driven a juggernaut with a trailer - which was fine from the weight point of view, and the maneouvring, but it had SEVEN forward gears - so it was a pain (a bl--dy noisy pain) to get moving at any speed.
I've driven a wide combine harvester on a main road - again no probs with turning it (tho some men thgt a 23 year old 5'3" slim blonde girl would have of course!) but the gearbox had obviously been designed for a well-built male farmer wearing gumboots !
But my fave really was a 1960 removal van I drove offroad when I was 17! THAT was so light (being empty) and had such smooth and easy pedals.
Sorry I'm obsessed - have you driven heavy stuff?
Tx

I've ridden in a combine way back when, but driving's not really my thing in general. I do fly small airplanes though, so there's that.

Hi there, welcome to the spacefem forums! I learned how to drive years ago but don't have a car, so not really driven much since I got my license!
Ugh, I'm tired of my signature.
