Hurm, you don't really upload per se.
Log in
> in the URL bar, add your pagename to the url after index.php/ (ex. http://spacefem.com/wiki/index.php/Pagename)
> click 'create' to edit the page
> start writing, using the Help page to correctly format titles, links etc
> hit save page
