I like Scooby Doo, and I always wanted to be in the gang. Thus 'Meddling Kid' was born. (Not the most mature one I grant you, but fun :) )

My name means "heart" in Chinese, as in the heart in your chest.

Here are the characters: 心脏

I think I should have picked the name that means "heart" in the spirited context, but oh well.

The origin of my name is from the tai chi.
Literally translated, it means "without governance".
The traditional meaning in Western culture means "Wild" or "Without Rails".

The origin of my name is fact that not many people are aware about, but I'm glad I could spread the word.

It's a lovely word I discovered in a Sherlock Holmes book.

astrakhan [ˌæstrəˈkæn -ˈkɑːn]
n
1. (Clothing, Personal Arts & Crafts / Textiles) a fur, usually black or grey, made of the closely curled wool of lambs from Astrakhan
2. (Clothing, Personal Arts & Crafts / Textiles) a cloth with curled pile resembling this
3. (Clothing, Personal Arts & Crafts / Textiles) (modifier) made of such fur or cloth an astrakhan collar

Astrakhan [ˌæstrəˈkæn -ˈkɑːn (Russian) ˈastrəxənj]
n
(Placename) a city in SE Russia, on the delta of the Volga River, 21 m (70 ft.) below sea level. Pop.: 488 000 (1999 est.)

Also, I paint space, and stars... and an "astra" is a badass god-weapon in Hindu mythology... and my part of my name is in it. Heh.
