My comfortable, me-like uniform is 1-year-old jeans with holes in the ass and in both knees, a tight slashneck t-shirt with a silly slogan ('BEARS ARE DANGEROUS. DO NOT FEED THEM. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.'), and my old black hoodie. DM boots or cheap sneakers depending on the weather. What I love about this 'uniform' is that its worn into my body shape. You can comfortably walk for hours, wrestle, climb stuff, but its sexy. I've got very curly crazy long blonde hair and glasses, and a nice smile or a stupid expression, depending on how I feel. Anyone can wear this stuff but how I put it together, I feel like... no-one looks quite like me.
As for dressing up, when I go, I go large. I know how to dress conventionalpretty, I just don't most of the time - which means that when I bust out the corset and my secret dress collection (and wash my hair for once) it's quite impressive. I love sparkly things, and my favourite piece of jewellery right now is a giant tacky Heart of the Ocean style piece of glass that reflects light in pink, green and white. I like babydoll dresses with DMs, my new sparkly boots, and dressing like a man. I love tailored shirts.
I despise spam boots. There are very few other things I hate in fashion - for almost any item, there is someone somewhere in the world who can pull it off. So there are few things I wholeheartedly condemn (apart from the aforementioned boots which should have stayed put in Canada skiwear where they belong). I don't like when people persistently ignore their body type and facial features in pursuit of fashion. If you have wobbly, cellulite-ridden thighs, you will not look the same wearing Balenciaga gold hot pants as Beyonce would. Dress in what suits you, for the love of god people. It gives me a migraine judging you when you don't.
