What is your favourite items to put on food?

This doesn't include any sauce the food would be served in; just the optional extras you would add at the table

Sweet chilli sauce is my top choice ... I'll eat it with anything savoury, pretty much. Then ketchup, and also sweet soy sauce

White wine dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and aged balsamic vinegar.
Also, unagi sauce. I would drink that shit if it were socially acceptable.

Barbeque sauce!!! I love barbeque sauce, I will dip ANYTHING in barbeque sauce. Seriously, anything. After that pepper, I will add extra pepper to almost everything, and then vinegar.

Barbecue sauce on everything!!! Also I tend to use slightly excessive amounts of ketchup.

PEPPER PEPPER PEPPER - I loooove black pepper. I put it on everything, and I don't think you can add too much of it to food you are cooking. Also, if you have never tried adding COPIOUS (like, changes the texture) amounts of ground pepper to the ketchup you're dipping your fries/whatever in, you should give it ago.

And, mmmm, fuckin' love soy sauce.

For me it depends on what I'm eating. I use salad dressing a lot on sandwiches. I love horseradish, and especially with roast beef and other rich meats. I eat garlic with almost anything cooked (and sometimes even plain). I like mustard on many many things as well, though I'm not picky about type. I suppose overall I have to go with pepper, because it is probably the condiment I add to the largest number of things.

I'm rather partial to horshradish and shipotle mayonnaise. I don't know if I've mentioned this, but I eat a lot of sandwiches. I think they are the perfect food. And these condiments go well on the kinds that I eat the most frequently.
