according to the Myers-Briggs personality test, I'm an INTP INFP. when I was around middle school age, I remember being an INFJ.

I've been INTJ for at least the past 10 years.

I'm an analytical, logical, cold-blooded chameleon.

Except for a crazy strong preference for Thinking (over Feeling), I'm borderline I/E, N/S and P/J. (INTP)

I'm INTX. No matter how many times I take that damn test I end up with an X, exactly half and half. I want to be a P!

I told a friend recently that I sometimes get withdrawn and cynical. She accepted the withdrawn part but as far as cynical goes, she said, "no, that's like, awareness of the polarized nature of the world we live in". I don't know if I've ever taken a personality test.

You can get an X?? Crazy, I never knew that was an option!

INTJ, if we're going by Myers-Briggs. Like a soggy papertowel if we're speaking generally.

I once tried to quit sarcasm at work. It wasn't well received. People thought I was being creepy. Aaaaaand I only lasted 13 minutes before I slipped back. I'm never trying that again.

LOL, 100% of the people commenting so far have been INTP or INTJ. It may be rare (and thinking back to high school and before, it was. Maybe we just find each other.

This came up in my office last night. The two student workers there were both INTP and I was INTJ. I think people have a lot of difficulty pairing these two with examples: INTJ usually ends up being not just a mastermind but an evil mastermind, and INTP kept being, like, philosophers or stereotypical engineers. We're both doomed to the heap of supporting character or antagonist in Harry Potter, Star Wars, and most other stories.

Here, the official MBTI personality distribution across the population of test takers in the US... interesting.

I tend to wind up either INTJ or ENTJ depending, so maybe I'm XNTJ though I do tend more toward I than E I think. Interesting on the distributions, looks like E/I and T/F split more evenly than the other two, with S/N being split much differently. Huh.

I was really confused by Sonic's comment (was pretty sure I didn't get the engineer personality), so I looked it up on this site and realized I lied to everyone by accident. I'm an INFP, not an INTP.

I was an ENFP in high school, but I'm pretty sure my personality has changed to at least not taking so much shit.
Ugh, I'm tired of my signature.
