The Pros
* It's vegan.
* It's quick and convenient.
* The wok-bowl is reusable.
*It's cheap - about 89p for one from supermarkets. This is about equivalent in terms of what you can get for the money to 89c. in the US.
*It's very filling.
The Cons
* The dried vegetables are very rubbery.
* It's very very spicy.
*The main ingredient of the seasoning is salt and this shows. It's very salty.
* There's a little too much in the bowl for me - I only half finished it.
* After you've left it for 3 minutes, the noodles haven't broken up and cooked properly, so you then have to poke them around a bit and putt he lid back on for another minute.
*It loses heat quickly.
*You end up with some depressing looking vegetables swimming in water at the end.
My main problem was that it's so very spicy. I have little taste for spicy foods, and this made my throat, tongue and lips burn. For someone who enjoys spicy foods, it would be a lot better. However, this does not excuse the rubbery vegetables and the overall watery composition.
