Why not?
Are you that sure of yourself not developing dementia or Alzheimer's or other mental/ cognitive disorders in the future?
I've looked after long term patients with Alzheimer's who were only in their 40's when they first developed it, and since then I've done one really hard crossword puzzle a day. Just to keep the cogs greased. I also used to help their recovery by reading out the questions for them to answer!
When I was in therapy during my last schizophrenic episode I did three entire books of those brain puzzle books and the doctor's themselves have said that doing them was probably the most healing thing I could have done for my brain apart from taking my medication at the correct dose
Love yo' synapses, peeps!

Like a $3.40 bag of fresh hip hop from your local fish and chip shop, ahhh scallops with dollops of flavour on top, when we do what we do we give heads the bops.
