You failed to credit Carol Cleveland, thus you must be beaten with a rusty spoon.

MFS, violence is not the answer. Most of the time, anyway...

Oh yes, welcome! Penguins are the cutest little animals, aren't they?

No way, eh!

Carol Cleveland was essentially a full member of the Flying Circus cast. They all felt bad that she was never listed as such, and also felt bad that they didn't give her more opportunities in the various sketches. It was just that the guys liked to play old women too much... which is scary in its own right.

Caron Cleveland is right up there with Chapman, Cleese, Idle, Palin, Jones, and Gilliam.

So there, ha!

Penguins, of course, are wicked :penguin:

Harold and his flock of flying sheep appreciate your welcome

Postby Le_Pingouin » Tue Apr 22, 16:58 2003

I am extremely sorry about Carol Cleveland, and am well aware of her importance. Please accept my humblest apologies. And besides, some people enjoy being beaten with rusty spoons, thankyouverymuch. In any case, this is one of the warmest welcomes I have ever been met with, on a forum or otherwise, and so I must conclude that you do not fully grasp my mental instability, or, are tactfully choosing to ignore it. And so I say, eggs. :sheep: :sheep: :blacksheep: :sheep:

Shall I leave some spoons out in the rain and mail them to you? Alas, most of them are stainless steel, so it will take some extra work to get them good and rusty.

The warmth of the welcome is likely due to the fire that the self-proclaimed pyros have started on your foot. Just kick them, and all will be good.

Enjoy your stay. If you have any questions in particular, don't hesitate to spew a PM my, or anyone else's, direction.

The Holy Grail is my FAVORITE movie ever, and it makes me laugh harder every time I see it. In fact, I made my dad tape 11 hours of Monty Python's Flying Circus because they had a marathon on BBC America. He can not only quote every line in every skit, but he knows the movie by heart in American and the Japanese scenes featured on the Holy Grail DVD. My family is quite sad.

Watch out for the Holy Hand grenade of Antioch! 1....2....5.... wait no 3!
