in LA, players in internet cafes actually fought for real after playing that game, one kid died and another one got hit in the head pretty bad... counter strike is an evil game! its the work of the :devil:

you think it's bad here? in asia it's horrible..... one girl kept owning this guy. Of course he had to defend his honor or something like that (basically he just lost it) went over to the girl's place and put a bullet in her head.... and i heard bout a guy who was at an internet gaming zone in asia for so long without food/water/sleep that when he went for a piss (after an 20 hour CS binge) he fell from exhaustion in the bathroom and smacked his head on the poceline throne.... not a pretty way to go...

I play CS a bit tho.... currently in OGL (yea yea no cracks it's our secondary team... )

such people as you spoke of not only really, really need lives, but they should be banned from ever playing any game ever again.

in asia egames are as popular as sports...... sad but true...
the same way you have teams of swimmers and basketball players that train 6-8 hours a day, you have CS (and a little more old skool, also BW) players that train for 8 hours a day... and they live off it, making huge sums of cash in tournaments. it's fucking insane and yes, i agree..... they do need lives....

Actually no one died - if you're talking about the thing that happened a few days back.
They were fighting with chairs and pipes. And then one kid got shot in the leg. That's about it.

Btw, it was Asian gangs fighting. surprise!

The guy that when on that 20hr binge was actually a hobo. Happened in Korea.
