Talk Like a Pirate Day is the most sacred of religious holidays. Harkening back to the days of free trade and true democracy. September 19th is the day dedicated to speaking the strange concoction of a dialcet that is known as Pirate Talk or Piratese. Piratese is derived from true old English and oft reflects its Brythonic roots. Piratese is a subset of the West Country dialects.
