What is the origin of your username?

Mine came from a drawing a friend of mine did which was inspired by a techno version of "Cotton-Eyed Joe."

It was changed from "b00z3r" which I just thought was really fun to spell out loud. I soon decided it was dumb and misleading. That and I got over 1337.

To be honest, "cowboy raver" is pretty dumb and misleading itself. I am neither a cowboy nor a raver. I'm not even a boy.

Then came name-change month and after a few other things I had it shortened because "vowels are for chumps" then missed the deadline to change back. But I'm cool with cwbyrvr too.

How did you get to spacefem.com?

I was a junior in high school, and had just recently met Zephyrcatt. She transferred into my Algebra class and was a sophomore. We pretty quickly became friends, and began communicating via our websites in Webmastering class. Zephyrcatt had a bunch of spacefem stuff on her page, which led me to begin frequenting spacefem. I soon discovered that there was a forum and I joined it.

Where is your user pic from, and what does it mean to you?

Mine is a picture of a toilet that I took in a hotel. It has no real deep meaning, I just like it.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I still don't know what I want to be. I'm in college now, and I'm having a hard time with that whole "choose a major" thing.

I'm interested in English, Psychology, History, Anthropology, and Library and Information Sciences. Which I guess means I'll most likely wind up a teacher or a librarian.

What general things should we know about you?

This all changes too frequently and I'm too lazy to update it all the time.

How do you generally stand on political issues?

I stand to the left. I stand to the right. I spin in circle in the center. I don't know what the hell I am.

I consider myself an independent (notice the little "i") purely because I fail to see the point in limiting yourself to the views of any particular party. I vote for what I believe in and who I think will be closest to achieving my own goals.

What do you feel is your greatest achievement in life?

Being in college. Now if only I could do well...

What kinds of music do you like?

I like most kinds of music, but mostly various genres of rock. I like classical music, classic rock, punk, post-punk, grunge, alternative (circa 1985-1994-ish...not sure on the end date there), as well as some rap or hip hop and even a bit of popular music. I like whatever I like and don't feel the need to defend it when I do. There are a lot of things I don't like, and I don't feel the need to impress that upon others.

My favorite bands list consists mainly of rock artists. I love MUSE, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Dead Kennedys, the Living End, Pink Floyd, Oingo Boingo, the Cure, and a whole crap-load more which I won't attempt to subject you to reading.
