What is the origin of your username?
My name came from the character Rinoa from FF8. I used to be Rinoa Heartilly, but we had the name changing bonanza and decided to shorten it. So THERE YOU GO. And I was very obsessed with FF8 when i was like, 11...yeah. I would change it something else if I could, but i've been here way too long and everybody knows me as Rinoa so I HAVE to keep it.
How did you get to spacefem.com?
Well I was in 7th grade, so I must've been 13 years old. I saw the useless blobs in one of the clubs I was in on Bolt, and I was like OMG IM IN 7TH GRADE WOWOWOWOWOOW COOOL PRETTYNESS, and then after I had my fill of useless blobs, I saw the forums and probably thought something like WOWOWOWOWOW FUN CONVERSATIONS I WANT TO BE IN IT!!11!!!!1!!!!
Yeah. That's how that went.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I used to want to be a band director, but the whole music major thing wasn't working out for me. Current plan of attack? Hair stylist. Hells to the yes.
What general things should we know about you?
I think I'm pretty sweet cause I existed in the '80s for 12 days. I'm obsessed with buying fruity gum. My favorite bands are Sanctus Real, Anberlin, Mae, Copeland, and Something Corporate/Jack's Mannequin. Band is my life. I'm in love with attractive, male snaredrummers (10 extra points if they come with blue eyes). I love shopping at H&M, Urban Outfitters, and Delia's. I'm Christian, and my faith is a big deal to me, so just deal with it people. I play sax, piano, percussion (marching snare!), guitar, and I can figure out most anything else you put in front of me. I'm really weird and I sort my food before I eat it so I can eat it in a certain order. Frank Sinatra is super cool. So is Duke Ellington. My favorite composer is Eric Whitacre, but sometimes I think my favorite composer is David Holsinger or Samuel Hazo or Jack Stamp (we're talking instrumental music). Spaghetti-O's are delicious straight from the can. And now I hope I just enlightened you a little...Huzzah.
And my greatgrandpa was in the Mafia. He's dead now though.
And uh, I'd write more but I don't feel like whoring myself right now. I'm tired. It's time to go make sleepy.
What are your favorite books of all time?
It's Kind of a Funny Story- Ned Vizzini
Be More Chill- Ned Vizzini
The Perks of Being a Wallflower- Stephen Chbosky
An Abundance of Katherines- John Green
The Bible
There's a million more that I'll add as soon as I remember them...
What kinds of music do you like?
I rock out to everything from Christian rock to screamo to classical to pop :]
Favorite band? Ehh...gotta go with Underoath. But I'm really into Imogen Heap and Metric right now!
What do you like/not like to wear?
I practically live in Urban Outfitters, Delia's, H&M, and Forever 21. I also do the occasional shopping in my town at the ridiculously expensive but well worth it stores...
What is your gender?
Female...incase my name or avatar wasn't girly enough for you to tell.
list every job you've ever had, in any particular order
1) I worked at a Nursery/Garden Center for 2 summers where I answered phones and helped people, and all sorts of manual labor out in the 90 degree weather....ick. I hated that job with a flaming passion. I gained a strong disliking for people working there
2) I attended 1 day of training to be a cashier/greeter at Buffalo Wild Wings, but was fired because I was going to miss 1 out of our 8 days of training due to the fact that I had a band concert. Lame.
3) I'm currently a salon receptionist/hair model for Fantastic Sams, and it's pretty much a super fun job and I love it. I mostly just sweep and clean and answer phones and get my hair done for free. It rocks.
What's your major?
I'm starting college next year, so my major still has plenty of time to change, but I'm planning on going for Music Education so I can be a band director.
But like I said, plenty of time for it to change still.
What are your favorite movies?
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is my favoritest movie EVAR...
...but I like Garden State too.
What part of the world do you live in? Do you like it?
Extreme western Wisconsin, Midwest, USA. Overall it's alright...My only real gripe is that it's way too hot and humid in the summer, and way too cold and snowy in the winter. But we can't all be satisfied, right?
(However, it IS the land of beer and cheese!

)
What are your nicknames (on this forum, or in real life)?
Marisska, Marisskay (those are from Mark), Mari, Mar, Rissa, Issa, Milkshake (I dont remember how Jake came up with that one), Thing 1 (Because I was 1 of 2 drum majors last year), and M-shizzle.
Here I just go by Rinoa...Sometimes Rin, but almost always I'm just Rinoa.
Describe yourself in four flattering words (obituary-style):
Musical. Festive. Emotional. Creative.
What is your religious identification/lack thereof?
I'm a Lutheran....it's basically Catholicism without all the guilt.
Can I sing the 'I am a Christian' song now? (and yes, there really is one)
Which gender are you sexually attracted to?
Men.
I like cock wayyy too much.
Care to list your body mods?
1) I have both of my ears pierced (I got them done at Wal*Mart when I was 3)
2) I have my lip pierced (labret, right side)
3) Nostril, left side (to balance out the lip)
4) Chestpiece! Giant pink bow/brass knuckles.
5) Makeup, frequent haircoloring, scars, blahblahblah. Not really bodymods but whatevskis.
What's your Myers-Briggs type?
When I took it in my high school psych class last year I was an INFP, and I can guarantee I haven't changed much since then so it's probably the same.
