Oh, wow. Sorry that happened to you, that's crazy. This guy is either incredibly ignorant about hiring laws (and modern-day working women, as well), or he's arrogant enough to think he won't get caught discriminating against applicants. Either way, he shouldn't be in charge of hiring anyone. Yeesh.
