Re: Twitter

It helps keep my spirits up, talking to and bonding with people with similar interests. I don't usually make friends irl.

Yes, I'm kinda in the middle so I unfollowed all the politics yesterday. I don't fit in with the arguing.

Re: How do we beat these misogynists?

Alright, I like you. I agree with your point with the only hangup being: just be careful not to become like what we oppose. But you get that. Reminds me of a Youtuber called tobuscus. I still don't know if he actually did what his ex said. A lot of people came up andc said "yeah, he's a bag of dicks...

Re: So this is where I say hello.

I've actually just taken on a project between friends about a warhammer 40k role play. We've dome it in the past but it was freeform and didn't hold my attention. My idea is to take "kill team" (a smaller form of the tabletop wargame) and make it singular unit, where your unit is your character, wit...

Re: What games have you played lately?

phone games: Flutter: starlight (learing about moths!) Etherium (just started) Monument Valley 2 I've played a lot of board games I should have paid attention to what they were called. There was one with mechas and stuff that I thought was fun, and another co-op sort of "escape the room" kind of ga...

Re: How do we beat these misogynists?

Humiliation and public shaming tend to shut most people up, if there are sufficient numbers. I just can't help but feel it's a double standard. Humilation, public shaming. These are things I don't want done to me. I know itd shut me up. But why use the same aggressive ideas. It's not a bad idea, su...

Re: Superstions

Other ones don't have an entire day for them. But no they don't bother me as much. Except repost or _ happens to you/and _ happens to you. I even see Christian ones, bringing faith to borderline suuuuuperstition. All I can say is "you know someone made that for the reposts or retweets. A person. Tha...

Superstions

I don't mean to offend anyone as an unforseen consequence of this statement, but Groundhogs day is a terribly...stupid tradition based on old baseless superstition. And yet it's still a big deal for some people. Big enough to have a named groundhog in Pennsylvania (it's name is very complicated and ...

Re: So this is where I say hello.

The original concept was "Bee", but I considered "Bai" before anyone ever brought it up and don't mind it. You can just call me Patty or Piper. It harkens back to my usual name, Pipermintpatty, and most gamers just pick out the first part. But...hedghogs...im having difficulty following that one @me...

Thank you. I had about a dozen I wanted to use that varied from cute to funny but couldn't make them work in the bounds for my gallery so I picked Usagi Tsukino ^_^.

I'm used to a 3.5 pathfinder system but a friend of mine is learning fate. My favorite though? Free form I guess but the huge drawback is it requires some serious and trustworthy people.

Re: How do we beat these misogynists?

I think as long as people are free, some will fringe on what is objectively wrong. I understand that there will likely never be a time in my lifetime when everyone accepts me for what i am, but I also feel that it's not a problem. Enough people accept me so that I know there's no secret cabal agains...

Lol yes. I have a lot to say. >_>. I guess I'll just say some things not in my bio. I'm a huge nerd. I love video games, trading card games, tabletop games, anime, manga, and fanfiction. I write a little, am part if a long term x-men role play (I often call it cooperative story writing), and am work...

Isn't gravity the primary reason water stays on the surface? Centripetal force (what keeps the water in the bucket) pushes push outward, not inward which is what you'd need for water to stay on a sphere.
Brilliant! The same reason everything else sticks. Everything experiences 1 G.
