Re: MGTOW: Introduction

These comments seem substantially similar to the 12th century writer Andreas Capellanus, who dressed his warnings against love in similar misogyny or woman-hating. And on and on. His arguments are similarly misogynistic, as they rest in saying that women in general love poorly, so men should be fea...

Re: MGTOW: Introduction

MGTOW does not do any form of activism. We basically separate ourselves from society and that is pretty much it... there is different levels of separation, all the way down to the guy living off the grid in some forest. You've been doing tons of activism on this forum. Posting stuff online is not a...

Re: MGTOW: Marriage

Normally it goes like this. - Woman earns more than husband. - Is the one who bears the kids. - Won't touch apron wearing husband with a 10 ft barge pole. https://www.thecut.com/2015/07/what-open-marriage-taught-one-man-about-feminism.html That on the link... so basically... they are roomates.

Re: MGTOW: Marriage

My partner just got a huge raise so I'm the one staying home with the kid. I don't make sandwiches. My partner is sad and regrets ever hooking up with me, but too late, I've trapped him by having his child and making sure the apartment is in my name. He has no where to go and is forced to deal with...

Re: MGTOW: Marriage

I make more money than my husband. He also likes to cook. We’re trying this new age feminist idea that we both just do what we’re good at. Is this crazy, are we doomed or what? The theory goes that women usually look for men better than her when it comes to partners... The reality now is that women...

Re: MGTOW: Marriage

Lemme guess. The MGHOW is ignoring the existence of data, pre-nups, and happy marriages? Prenups are useless.... they are addendum pages added to the marriage contract, they mean nothing, judges throw them out the window all the time. The way I see it, there is a dialectic game here... kind of what...

MGTOW: Marriage

I have trashed the institution of marriage a lot in this forums, and so far nobody have really challenge me on any I say of it... so I kind of assume that most people in the forum agree with me when I say marriage is one of the worse possible ideas out there... However I bring the topic up, because ...

Well at least I can agree that the man who lives in constant fear of his wife/partner divorcing him should never had gotten married in the first place.
That sounds very thoughtful, now the question is... what married man does not fear a divorce?

Re: MGTOW: Introduction

Hi SimpleMan, I'm not too familiar with MGTOW, who they are, their ideas, but I am eager to learn more. From what I've heard, MGTOW are similar to MRAs, a group I used to consider myself a part of. I think the work that both feminists and MRAs do is invaluable to society, because of the issues they...

Re: MGTOW, grasseaters=byproducts

Otherwise... deciding to not get married will end up listing people as terrorists... LOL wut? There are so many hot takes and thinkpieces out there worrying about why women aren't marrying early, young, or at all that this doesn't seem like a concern. It is somewhere in the forum... the argument go...

Re: MGTOW: Masculinity is Dead.

My problems with this argument come down to your overall presumption (expressed in a few threads) that as a feminist I don't understand masculinity, MGTOW, or related concepts, combined with your presumption that you understand what feminism has done. it is my opinion.. I think feminism does OK und...

Re: MGTOW, grasseaters=byproducts

Whatever you call it, the question remains. Why would do want feminists to understand MGTOW? There is several practical reasons... but they all boils down, to the idea that feminism is very powerful and very dangerous, and if for any reason MGTOW gets targeted as an enemy then we are in big trouble...

MGTOW: Masculinity is Dead.

Recently there have being presented a set of points against MGTOW, I think more of this points revolve around the concept of masculinity, so that's where I am going to focus on this debate line. First of all, I want to present the idea that there is many different kinds of masculinity, and a few dif...
