Demonstrated how? To be making what up? I said the body begins where physical pain or discomfort is felt when something is wrong. If the pain is purely emotional, it's all in the mind. This is perfectly clear, you guys are just blinded by your liberal drug-pushing agenda.
You made all of that up. It's some facile rationalization based on a belief that the mind is firmly separated from the body and matters less, that the idiom "it's all in the mind" is literally true.

Read the thread, I've already explained this.
You answered it with non-sense and continue to do so.

Your definition of actual disease vs. non-disease is totally arbitrary and out of touch with reality.

But you thought of it with your own brain, so you must be more correct than decades of research I guess?

Science and medicine are more correct than your divine intuition.

Western medicine is funded by drug companies. The purpose of the research that goes into it is to sell drugs, so that the companies that invest in it get returns on their investments. My divine intuition has no profit motive.

The "profit motive" of "divine intuition" is satisfying your ego, or continuing to confirm the biases that you make up for yourself, or something similar that applies to your personal situation. There is no disinterested inquiry. At least with science, medicine or the humanities, the pressure to produce results or (for for-profit-funded endeavors) profit is offset by the need to tie results to observable phenomena gained using reviewable methods. It's possible to call a study on bullshit, to criticize openly-demonstrated funding sources, or to point out that another interpretation fits the available text or data. You've verified nothing about your intuition, and meanwhile the research out there is stacked against it.

So no, having a profit motive does not automatically discredit ideas.

Mental health issues hurt, take it from me. There are many psychosomatic disorders out there which affect your body even though the real problem is in your mind. But to get better, you HAVE to treat both. Pre-emptive treatment also can stop some disorders from becoming too bad. And yes, sometimes drugs can be very very helpful.

I don't think you know what you're talking about and all this "I know because of divine intuition" bullshit is starting to piss me off. if you ask others for sources, be kind enough to provide some yourself.

If this thread continues to be shit-slinging, I will lock it.
Ugh, I'm tired of my signature.
