Yes, but not by choice. I've been supremely kind to my liver for most of the last year due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. I'm starting to think my liver needs some tough love for a change.

Yup. I tend to drink only one alcohol beverage every week or so.

I don't really drink. I may have up to two beers with a friend once a month or so. As much as I enjoy a nice dark beer (I just crave the flavor), I feel really sick when I drink. Sensitive digestive system combined with dehydration leads to instant head and body aches. Plus, drinking makes me want to bum a cigarette and I'm an ex-smoker.

I chillax in other ways. Ways that actually relieve pain. ;)

Ha no not at all. My liver has a hard life filtering all the beer and whiskey I put through it.
