Oh don't ask. I recently moved into a bit of a fixer-upper so it's a really long list.

Things I could actually change with enough money/time: getting a couch, living room curtains, possibly adding some color to my kitchen

Things I can't change: adding more electrical outlets to the kitchen, switching the location of a couple inconvenient light switches, more storage and counter space in the bathroom.

I'd have actually put up the mirror in my guest bathroom. We're renting, and the situation has been otherwise good (prompt care for A/C and other maintenance requests), but it's so weird to move in and find the guest bathroom mirror on the living room floor.
