Post by Alice98 » Fri Jul 28, 16:21 2017

hey everyone,

I'm new here and new to feminism. I dont really know what to say haha

I hope i learn a lot from this forum. If anyone knows any good books related to feminism please recommend them to me. :)

I guess i should say a little about myself without getting too personal. Im an 18 year old white girl from the Uk. I recently got into feminism thanks to my friend and im am currently learning as much as i can about it.

I hope to learn a lot and make some friends :)

Welcome to the board! Best of luck learning, reading, and saying stuff. :D

With the board update, it took me some time to find the Wiki. The FAQ page now goes to a standard page instead of listing forum policies. (Whoops!)

Here the wiki is. I didn't find any book list, but that'd be a good idea for the Wiki or Feminist FAQ.

ETA: the closest I found was this forum post about non-fiction feminist books. But I know I've encountered a few books that have been released after this thread was made, and other people have too, so that wouldn't be a bad idea for a new thread.

Hm seriously, and we should make an anti-racism list in the wiki too.

This all sounds like work though lol
