The more I think about it, I think it might be Carnitas. I was already craving Mexican food before this poll, but there aren't any great Mexican restaurants in this town.

Beans and rice, as long as the beans are vegetarian. But also peppers!

I've never tried huitlacoche, but I accidentally grew it. At the time I was misinformed about what it was so got rid of all the infected corn before getting to eat the deliciousness.

Asada and pollo are my main preferences, although carnitas is also right up there.

I don't think I've ever heard of huitlacoche, although I think I'd be wary of trying corn fungus... what does it taste like?

I think I actually started salivating when I read the word "chicharron." Chorizo is also a must. Basically any part of the pig. Tongue is great when cooked well. And of course queso!
