I don't remember answering before, so I'll add I use a tangle teezer. The back of it has broken off so I think that's what my one sephora purchase of the year will be (wanna get that free birthday gift)

I use a wide paddled wooden brush that a friend gave me aout 8 years ago.... it's supposedly anti-static. I think it works? Probably because I've not compared it to other brushes in the last 8 years...
